did a depth test whith the 4 x 6 " DD using my M- 6 discrimanation at nickle , sens at 40 get good signal 0"-- to 1.5 " gain at 60 gets 3 " gain at 100 gets good signal to 4.5 " fading fast at 5" but if you are tommy the pinball wizard you can pick it out usen a penny , a nickle , a dime , a quarter this would cover most finds in the park recent drops i say centering is perfect in all metal pinpont mode or off the heal up coming depth tests using the 6x10 DD and stock 9.5 comming soon stay tuned tests wher performed by placing one 2x4 flat and coin on teh ground then another then another until signal was faint so the 4x6 will show VDInumbers well up to the 4.5" mark and give a good signal . But fads away rapidly after 4.5 inches
