I have one of these in my closet. It was my first metal detector. Does anyone know how to ground balance one of these. Wish I could find where to download a users manual.
 
I never used that one but I wouldn't think one that old would need to be ground balanced. The only White's I used was the 6000di Series 3 and it didn't have ground balance.
 
This is earlier than the 6000d (or at a minimum, the "little sister" to the 6000's). So it might be the step down from the 5000 d, for instance, which did indeed have manual ground balance.
 
Thanks for the comments. Found a manual on the internet which tells me how to gb it.
