white gold or yellow gold

Is it just me , or is there more white gold , rather than yellow gold out there now ? Im finding more white , than yellow these days .

I think it's about even. White gold used to be pretty rare but started getting more popular abut 10-15 yrs. ago along with platinum. Rose Gold was pretty popular in the 1930's-40's I think. Everything goes in cycles I guess. Seems we''re in a junk ring cycle now.

My appraiser always frowns at yellow gold and raises the appraisal on white. Guess white is more popular now. For me though, gold is gold and as long it's not the junk cycle Rich W mentioned, it's all good for me! Love that gold!!!

Gramps green, love that white gold ! Found 3 of them at a state camp ground this last summer, one looked like it fit a gorilla still very sad the jewelers rip you off when you want to sell them? Their not that easy to find! So if your into water hunting for just the cash value it will not be that fun. I just like MDinging ! It helps my O C D. gold disorder. Gold gold gold gold and more gold .

Up here in northern mi we don't have cannon balls or big bullets! Or gold nuggets! We only have white or yellow gold rings .and they are lost over a 3 month span if the summer stays warm longer. I thought my first white gold ring was silver ,until l looked in side , and that's when it all began.theirs nothing like shaking out your scoop and hearing and seeing a big gold ring rolling around in the bottom. The first thing I said was ! It really does work. Gramps green
