I'm new to the tesoro line of detectors, looking to get one in a few weeks and don't know which one. Right now I have a whites Dfx and just want something else. I will be mainly hunting war relics along with old coins and jewelry. Money really doesn't matter, well under $1000.... Thanks.

The manual ground balance on the Cortes only affects the all metal mode - disc mode is factory preset. Both the Tejon and the Vaq's gb operates in both modes so I'd favor one of those if it were me.
