Would like some opinions I can't decide between the Whites Surf PI or Tesoro Sand Shark please help me out here.

I liked my PI PRO alot. I upgraded to Dual Field only to have the newest model. I see no improvement with performance but one serious disadvantage - "NON-WEIGHTED" coil. My PI PRO was "WEIGHTED".

So, you will be very happy with PI PRO. But only with WEIGHTED LOOP!!!

I have both and after using the dual coil I retired the PI PRO... there is an improvement in depth... I'll keep the PRO but only as a back up or a detector for a friend to hunt with... crank up the gain and dig deep ;)
