Which modes does have the Fisher pin-pointer?

No it works only with both, and maybe its just the one I have but it has virtually no depth to it at all.
I got it free with a detector, I would never recommend it.

So, as I understand you in the proper way, It does work in the single vibro-audio mode, doesn't it?

'No depth' is not a problem. A PP should only find tiny items.

The Fisher pinpointer has audio mode only. NO vibration mode. The Fisher PP is not a bad deal for the money but you get what you pay for. I've got an old TinyTec I like better but it also is audio only. Some day I will buy a VibraProbe.

Thank you very much, kjohn256 (John?) !!!!!!!
Before I owned Automax which I had ordered in Kellyco. It worked well... but only two months. I repaired it for 3 times! Very poor in quality. Now I am looking for something better.

Take a serious look at the new Garrett pinpointer .It's a high quality product and gets about 4" .I like it a lot and I have a sunray slaved to my F75 but I find the garrett is more convenient to use ,so I carry them both .
