Which mode for Ace 250

I guess this is an old question, but since we all want to find coins and jewelry, which of the modes is best to run in for the 250. Thanks for your help.

I think it depends on your target noise tolerance. The neat thing about the Ace250 is that you can listen to all, some or one target. It's your choice. When I hunt, I tend to listen to more targets so I can get a feel for what's in the ground where I'm hunting. If it gets to be too much, you can always notch out the target segments that you don't want to listen to. Very versatile. The other thing that is nice with the Ace250 is that you can select any one of the five search modes, and if it isn't quite what you want, you can customize it to your liking. The Custom mode remembers your settings after you turn the machine off. Hope this helps.

Relics mode is a good mode to hunt in. It cuts out the iron yet finds coins and gold rings if you are willing to dig all the pulltab signals.
