Which Is Better?? 9"x12" Elliptical or 10"x14"Power DD Eliptical Shaped

THese are two different coils. The DD is designed for highly mineralized soil. If you do not have this problem the 9x12 will do the same as the 10x14. I have a field test on the 10x14 at
losttreasure.com

THe 10x14 will cover more ground but doesn't discriminate nearly as well as the 9x12 concentric coil and it loves bottle caps. Also the 10x14 has no receiver for pinpointing so pinpoints off the tip of the coil.

I'm not sure if I'm following you Bill. Are you saying that they will lock onto any number number and are not predictable as to where? And are you referring to crown caps or screw caps?
