I've been using a soft soled pair for awhile now, wearin my feet out. Would like one that has some kind of arch support and is a good kicker for using a big scoop. TKS

Bad idea around here, I now wear a pair of water shoes even these are not high enough for the nasty attitude of some of the big blue crabs. As my brother likes to say they have bad attitudes.
Both he and I have been pinched by one in the surf, and they do draw the blood. I guess the most funny thing is the dance you do once pinched. Better get a high top pair of shoes - boots.
