Which Detector is better for Relic Hunting,AT Pro or the AT Pro Gold

Well thats a tough one. The atp comes with a larger coil that separates targets very well and is sensitive to small objects. The atg has a threshold that will alert one to an object at the very edge of detectoin depth. It also operated at a higher frequency and should be more sensitive to very small objects, has a smaller coil for better separation in heavy trash. If you r in an area with gold in the creeks I'd say get the atg, if not it's a toss up. Cant go wroung with either.

I can't speak foe the ATG but the Pro does good. It pays to have both the large and small for different situations though. In the brush and woods the 5x8 is really a bonus.
