Ive got a pretty heavy box of silver and gold ready to send in now. Im just waiting on the silver price to look like its heading up since they will hold you gold until you want to cash in... but NOT the silver. Ill give you my impression once i send mine in. But the customer service person was very nice and helpful.

I Just sent in a little gold and a load of silver to them and the check for the gold was on the money,the check for the silver was in the mail as it took longer to proess but i have NEVER been shorted on anything i sent to them

I just noticed that ARA says they don;t deal with the general public, that you need a tax/EIN number.

Does a social security number work for them?
