Where to purchase gaskets and o rings for Excalibur?

I need a replacement gasket for the battery pack on my Excal, but am running into a bit of difficulty finding someone who sells them. I spoke to 2 different dealers and neither carried them. I also called Minelab, but was only able to speak to an answering machine  . Worst case scenario I will make some, but I would prefer to find OEM parts.

I plan on doing some modifications to the Excal, so I would also like to find a spare set of o rings for the Battery pod and detector housing/knobs as well.

Anyone here happen to carry these parts? Or know of someone who may? Thanks for any help. John.

Thanks for the links!

I was able to get a hold of Minelab and they are shipping me a replacement gasket for the battery pod. Apparently they normally only do repair work and not do direct to consumer parts, but the person I spoke to was very helpful and acknowledged that it would not be very practical to send the entire machine in for one small gasket. Thanks Minelab! :clapping:

With any luck these repairs will take care of the erratic threshold/falsing issue I am having when the machine is in the water. There was moisture inside of the battery plug, and the gasket was trashed, so I'm hoping that was the cause.

I wonder if they would sell a new decal? I may just give it a try, mine is in bad shape.

Honestly, I highly doubt they would at this time. The person I spoke to said they do not have a system set up to sell parts, only for repairs. I felt extremely lucky to have been able to get the small gasket.

I remember seeing a thread on here where someone had printed up their own vinyl decals for the Excal. They looked pretty awesome, but for the life of me I can't remember who had them, or what the thread was titled.

Testing a couple I had printed over the summer..easy to make, couple hours..printed on vinyl, applied with aqua seal...about 10 dollars to print, singles. May try and make a few similar to the old excal, but not the same due to copyrights
