Where to nugget shoot in casa grade area

New to gold nugget shooting does anybody have a tip where I can start nugget shooting/ prospecting around casa grande area , would be very appreciated ,I have a tesoro lobo supertraq.
 
Steve, i would join a club that has claims close by. A lot of public land has been claimed already. Yhe gpaa has claimes all over, some are good some are better than nothing i guess. Get a small plastic gold pan and a plastic scoop to cary with you. Good luck.
 
Steve, I would google Bill Southern in Mooristown, AZ and go to his forum and ask the Question, as he is local to your area. I would additionally google Rob Allison, and go on his forum and ask the question as he is down in your area.

You will Need to Teach Yourself how to DO Research on the Old Gold fields and how to use the lr2000 to find active claims so you can either Stay Off them or contact the Claim Owner and ask permission to hunt.

The only book I know of on Claim Staking and researching such is Tom Kitcher Book.
