Where to buy whites detector

There are many dealers. Here are a few I know of: Windy City Metal Detectors, Golddigger Metal Detectors, Big Boy Hobbies-ask for Bart. (ask each one for their best price)-You'll be surprised how much less than retail you can get a detector. Some will even set you up with a different coil option on certain models if you ask.

I'm not sure if Bart Sells whites?

Try Ed Huffman at Treasure Mountain Detectors, as I just purchased a Whites Coinmaster GT off him. He is also a sponsor of this forum.

Click on the White's banner at the top and you can enter your zip code for the Dealers nearest you. The last I knew, Kellyco is the only dealer authorized to sell White's by mail order.

i just purchased a new VX3 from a sponsor on here 'via mail order'.

Like, I said, the last I knew.......... I didn't say that it doesn't happen and White's may be more lenient now. When I was a dealer, it was a BIG no-no.

The "Big K" company has a sweetheart deal with White's. ALL the other White's dealers have been handcuffed.

Mr Larry, I was just trying to let people know that the White dealers were selling via mail order, i didn't mean to upset you, my apology for upsetting you, if i did.

Happy hunting and GOD Bless.

 Great analogy Kenny. I certainly understand Ken Sr's. business plan of supporting the local dealers, sales, personal training and friendship that a local dealer can give the customer. That worked very well until the Internet became widespread, learning online, more competition, thin profit margins and no sales tax has really hurt the local dealer. You almost have to be a "Big Dog" to make stocking inventory worth your while any more.

yowow#1 I'm not upset at all.

Your absolutely right. Ken White can say that he's all about the small dealers while putting a choke hold on them at the same time.

Larry, It the same as it always was. White's lets the big dogs eat.

I just made a pretty major purchase, at least for me' from a whites dealer, and i thought i got a pretty good deal, are you saying i could have gotten a better deal from a big dog? If "BIG K" is who i think you are referring to, than i think you are wrong about that. Also just for giggles, i don't think it is proper to post on a forum and show disrespect to a sponsor such as whites

Im most every case you'll get a better deal from your local dealer. I'm not being disrepectfull - I'm stating the facts. Whites makes great products. It's just the way they let the small dealers market and sell them is the problem.

Neither Kenny or I did not mean to disrespect White's if you or anyone took it that way, it is really just the opposite. There is not a better detector company out there, from product to service....... none. The big dogs we were talking about are the multi-line dealers who stock a tremendous amount of inventory and advertise heavily on the Internet of which Kellyco is just one of them. We have others as sponsors here on Finds as well.

The marketing strategy that White's still uses is to support your local dealer, for many good reasons, is a great one.

I bought my mxt pro, coin master and bh300 direct. Local dealers were not much less, but I still bought direct.

 local service/training is usually the best........ sure there are some bad dealers, but most are great people to work with.
