Hank left early for his Senior League game, and I decided to stay home and do a bit of kitchen work.

Well, I opened the bottom cabinet under the sink to find a puddle of water.:surprised:

I quickly emptied the bottles, and cans etc.from the shelf and started some detective work...couldn't see where the water was dripping from, so I set up a "trap" ( get it.."trap" ) in order to find from where the dripping was originating.

For a time , I checked every couple of minutes to see if there was water in the trap that I set up , but there was nothing....

then it dawned on me that maybe I should turn on the faucets and then check back....that's where I am at now.

I'll report back with my findings for those who may be interested

Here's some pics of my sleuthing.

Here's the proof!:jump:

I know this is not a big deal for all of you, but it's the first time I was able to accomplish something like this, so I'm building confidence little by little.

Thanks for looking

unscrewing those 3 connections that you have in your pics, cleaning them and re-assembling them.
That drip doesn't nessecarily tell you where yer leak is. The water jist followed the downhhill path to
get to that point.
I'm guessing that yer leak is comin from the midle connection in yer pic. It shows signs of bein dirty.
There will be a plastic chamfered washer in there, ( pay attention to it's position. It should be flat side up and chamfered side down)
Slide it off and thoroughtly clean it as well.
Hand tighten only when you reassemble and you should be good to go.

Maygar, that salmon loaf, whats the recipe if you don't mind. I eat a lot of canned salmon mixed with mayo on toast...could use a change.

It's called "Salmon Puff", but I use the same recipe for salmon patties.

Hope you will enjoy it.
