Still struggling thru problems (with all that had gone on now my brother-in-law's mother is in the hospital and unresponsive. Her husband who has Alzheimers and can hardly hear has asked the hospital to put in a feeding tube to keep his wife alive - even if at this point she is a mere vegetable.
Not sure how my own step-mother is doing other than she is or was if she hasn't gottem kicked out yet in a nursing home - still without the feeding tube she refused.
Sherry's Mom is in a nursing home but is insisting she be taken out and sent home - she thinks there is nothing wrong with her. We may have to take a trip to Roscommon then to Traverse City and back to Roscommon then back home Thursday - a lot of miles to cover to get Renee to her nurologist. Sherry's sister is out of the hospital but not herself yet - still struggling to do day to day things (and this with her mother-in-law and her own Mom) - shee needs more lifting up before God for strength and to be herself once again.
Sherry is trying to make up for a week of missed IttyBittyBirdieBite business when up north.
We have someone coming today at 10 AM or so to look over the house. We are still waiting for the buyer God sends to get here sp we can get moved closer to the middle of Michigan and our aging parents. Her Mom even far away is still a source of more stress for Sherry - thanks to technology - Mom's cellphone. Arrrrggggghhhhh!
Have gone out a couple times and did some detecting. Nothing to write home about.
I'm still without work but at this point we need to support each other while we are trying to give support to our families outside our immediate circle. Sherry's other job - besides the Mom and Wife one - is winding down and lost wages there too because she was off a week up north. Finances are tight to say the least and all this traveling is consuming a lot of gas money that would be used elsewhere if we didn't have to do all this traveling.
I stop in occassionally - read what I can but usually don't get to comment on each post - if any,
It is said that deaths occur in 3's. From what I see there are 2 waiting in the wings (step-mother and brother-in-law's mother) that may be gone soon this year. This has not been the happiest of years in many ways and could be gloomy on the horizon but we comfort ourselves knowing how it all ends - God wins! satan loses.
