Not so fast there boys! My neice lives in a house where a tornado went through in 1989. It leveled the house next door to hers and took the garage off her house. When they cleaned up the site, they came in and dumped 4 iinches of dirt on top of everything and reseeded the lawn. How do I know that they dumped 4 inches of fill on top? Because at exactly that depth there is a literal carpet of aluminum bits, nails screws, nuts, bolts and every (one ws Canadian) and a Monopoly token.
