need an at pro for my son in law looking for a good used one > or good deal on a new one. any suggestions ?

Local dealer, usual For Sale websites, but even at full retail the ATPro is a great deal.
Just watch for a scam or one that has obviously beat to death, check the control box mounts, coils, any visual defects and then try on a few targets on the lawn, if at all possible.
I bought one for my grandson when he was 10, to make it easier for him to swing, I also bought the 5X8 coil...he now swings the standard coil and I have managed to swing the BIG NEL 15X17 with the Minelab ProSwing 45. The sniper coil has also found a niche in my arsenal especially in attics, between the joist.

thanks found them new for 500.00 shipped and still looking for a good used one, paying retail no way never.

Let's see, I paid $620 for mine 3 years ago, during that 3 years I made over 10k in finds, just hunting parks and school, my advice get a new one don't take second hand.

A friend of mine found a platnium / gold engagement ring with a beautiful rose diamond. Had it priced at 10k. So yea 10 grand over 3 yrs is quite possible. That's what I love about this hobby......you just never know what your gonna dig next.
