When your work day is Crap, Nothing soothes a Pirate's Soul like a bit of Water Hunting!:detecting::cool:

I had a nasty work day today which I won't go into but I found the cure for my frustration by stopping at Horseshoe Bay on the way home from work. I hit the water so angry that I was surprised that the water didn't boil up around me. Lots of donators on the beach and a heavy swell with breaking surf which could be avoided if you were careful not to go too deep and get swept over your head. A little danger always adds to a hunt but just a little danger.

I found a couple of ferry tokens ($4.00 a piece), the usual clad including a 1967 quarter and a nice little 14k heart pendant.(not great but I'll take it)

The important thing is that I left the water after an hour and a half with a lot less stress than when I went in and I got a bit of exercise as well.

Cheers All,

BDA:cool:

bda glad your day turned around, but remember the bad days are what make the good ones that much better. That is what is so nice about this hobby. Hobby-Therapy-Exercise all rolled into one. HH.
