When using the MXT in trashy unmineralized ground, which is the best coil choice and why, the Eclipse 5.3 (6x6) or the Eclipse Shooter DD (4x6)?

I would say in unmineralized soils it would be the 5.3, but they both perform well. It depends on soil conditions and personal hunting styles.

In really heavy trash, moderate soil, the 4X6 separates a bit better, but the 5.3 has better coverage and the edge on depth. The 4X6 should be a bit better in heavy mineralization as well.
