When I left there was snow, when I returned there was snow.

I had quite a time driving to WV from Fl. yesterday.
I didn't do as much MD'ing as I would have liked, but I never do as much MD'ing as I like.
My daughter and I had to take a break at a park one day. I was walking around the swings brushing the wood chips with my foot. I knew there had to be a ring there. She told me I had it bad!
The babies have some health issues, but there were legal issues we are in the process of working out. We hope to have momma and the twins in WV. in about a month. Once here they will be in a good loving environment. Here I am with my grandson Cameron. He has no idea what grandpa has in store for him.

This is the pile of loot I got. I will sort it all out later. There is some silver and gold and new and old.

[/quote]Glad you are back John. Sounds like things are looking up. I think the best "new" silver and gold is in your hands in the first picture. nothing like a loving grand father. I know I love my grand daughter, she is everything to me.

John, I'm new here,Ohio feller, been reading posts for a few days now,and expecting delivery of my first ever detector this week.:garrett:
Anyhow, I'm in the same boat(sounds like) that you are.Very precious pic there with your Grandbaby! We got our daughter and 2 granddaughters moved up from Savannah,Ga. last Memorial Day. I love them so much that I cry, out of happiness, knowing that they are saftely here now. I can't hardly get out of Elise's(3 1/2 yrs.) sight. She wants to help me do whatever it is I'm doing. My little buddy. Ava, who be a year old April 5th, is a blast.

I hope and pray all goes well with your family.

I can hardly wait to "play" with my um-teenth (too many) hobby,MDing. It might be a battle choosing between fishing and turkey hunting this spring.

Mike.

Two great photos! I'd stick it away in a bag or a box and some day present it to Cameron when he will appreciate it. Kind of like a time capsule. I know with you as a Grandfather he will get the bug, probably when he's about two! Glad everything is working out.
