... I decided I might better come back home and read the manual.
However, initial impressions are good. I took it to a site that I've hammered with different detectors. I didn't find anything good, but I did dig a few signals that it had low confidence on (and me also) that I just wanted to see what it was seeing and I would consider the TID to be accurate.
By the way, I didn't read anything into the fact that I did not find anything behind the other detectors. The ground is very dry today and it has been either wet or in good shape on my prior visits. Also, I don't know what I'm doing with this machine yet. I'll go back when I'm up to speed and perhaps compare then.
I was trying to adjust the settings from the menu and decided I would be best served to come back home (.5 miles) and read the manual a time or two.
If anyone needs a photo of anything they are wondering about, let me know and I'll try to post that.

PS
One other thing that I can report now is that everything I've read about the weight and balance are true. It is ver light and well balanced. The best I've used so far.
Also I can tell that the processor is very fast.
