The last was the 250 and then the pinpointer and they are scheduled to come out with the new 350 this month. Who knows after that. I'm sure after all this time they have some stuff lined up.

This is what I received from Garrett today.
I asked when as well as any package deal and the coli cover for the new DD.

ANSWER...............

Good morning ,

The answer to your first question is that the ACE 350 should be available in stores and to purchase online on September 15, 2010.

The ACE 350 will have a introductory special package once it is available. The special will be available until December 31, 2010. It will be the same price as the standard ACE 350 but in addition to getting the ACE 350 you will also received a Stainless Steel Treasure Digger, Treasure Pouch and a Environmental Cover-Up. Cool.Im glad they or coming out with some new stuff..I hope they come out with a new top end detector im using the v3 for now dont get me wrong i like bot i miss my bell tone when i find a coin......Thanks for the info guys....Greg.............

that bell tone is annoying to me.... much prefer just a beep over a target. different strokes for different folks I guess.

I would not look for Garrett to come out with anything new in the way of top-of-the-line detectors.

Their GTI series is exclusive of Garrett and looks at the ground differently than other makes.

Garrett has always marched to his own drumbeat.

While Charles Garrett lives I don't think they will ever copy other manufacturers with VID numbers and endless menus of technical jargon.

Dependability and ease of operation have always been hallmarks of Garrett machines.

Why be a copycat like everyone else......Ebay is full of such machines. Garrett machines so far have just worked fine, for those who really learned them well. You got to use the right machine with the right coil for the right environment. Again....Garrett machines work just fine. :)
