What a morning Hunt! I went to my local school yard to snipe for clad and gold with the F70...I was running it hot, 85 sens, DP tones, -3 thresh...
I observed there was a large amount of empty cans/trash from some sort of recent sporting event and commenced to rack up the money...Empty cans are a dime here, and I got 21 of them,

While bouncing around from can to can, I quickly scarfed up clad, including this pouch that held 9 fresh dimes! Along the way, I found this Avia pullover, which is brand new and fits, retail @35.00...I dug up this Wheezer Kazoo while hunting chains. I got @ 5 bucks clad..I liked how the 70 was working today, cold wind, wet dirt, not missing a ping of any sort...really hitting deep and hard on anything metallic.

I headed home around 10am, stopped at the store and cashed in the cans, on my way home, I noticed this chair sitting out at the road in the trash...I drove right on by, then started thinking..."that could have been leather, that's a rich mans house right there, so who knows?" so I turned around and went back, popped Rosies trunk and wrestled it in!

Its the 'find of the day'! a by gosh Bradington Young Jefferson Executive Swivel Rocker!, full leather, made in the USA! retails for 1150.00! The base was sort of sloppy in the fitting, which is probably why the guy threw it out, it took me all of 5 minutes to remove one screw, and fix it! I tell you boys, a guy just never knows what adventure awaits once he gets out of the house! Ok, so the finds are not all metal, but it was in search of it and the 70 that got me out and hunting, and its taught me to pay attention to how Humans behave, metal or not, the treasure quest is the motivator, the F70 is the tool I prefer on dirt.

Aint that something cometguy? To top it all off, the Wife just found a dime under the cushion to boot! She's cleaning it all up, and I'll sell the danged thing for at least 400 bucks to finance future hunts or detecting gear! Monetarily speaking, it would be the same as finding a 16gr 14k ring!

Got to thinking, I have not bought a pair of shoes, or sandals, or tee shirts, hats, shorts and pants, or towels, or sunglasses, or lighters, popups, knives, fishing weights, dog collars, jewelry for the Wife, presents for relatives, and Lord knows what all since I've been detecting for 4yrs now... And with Halloween being so close, I reckon I'll find a years supply of candy soon!

Now that is one heck of a hunt. Start out with 21 cans and end with a great chair. Nice of you to let your wife keep the dime she found while cleaning the chair. HH jim tn
