THANK YOU CANADA !!! WOO-HOOOO !!!! Somebody get me a new pair of underwear !

1925?-D wheat (Five is very weak) and a 1966 Canada Dollar !! The dollar signal was a bit jumpy but stayed in the top-right. Numbers were 00-21 to 00-24. I could have sworn there was some other metal in there too the way it was bouncing, but I never found anything else in the hole. It was laying flat in the side of the hole at 7 to 8 inches. Man o' man .... It's supposed to snow and turn cold tomorrow. I knew I was detecting on borrowed time .... Darn it do I have dumb luck sometimes !

McDave -- AWESOME!!! :clapping:

I KNEW you could do it! Not only did you do it, you did it IN STYLE -- with a SILVER DOLLAR!

Way to go, my friend!

I got out this morning, got two Mercs -- #'s 47 and 48. Two more to go; not only that, but when I left, my hunting partner was still hunting and he was sitting at 49, after finding a Rosie and a Merc... :)

Dave, I am very happy for you, and glad the weather held out long enough for you to get the big 5-0 (and, it's one you'll remember, too!)

Steve

Accidently deleted my first response.....oops.

Congrats on hitting fifty brother.:clapping:

I knew you were gonna squeeze in another hunt. You are relentless....AND a little addicted to diggin' the shiny stuff just like I am.:beers:

I'm hoping to get a hunt in tomorrow or Sunday. It's supposed to be in the mid 50's....but if Sheryl wants to go Christmas shopping it might throw a cog in my wheel.:bouncy:

After an hour or so of fighting long shopping lines....pushing and shoving....craziness...and crabby people...I'll probably be ready to punch somebody's lights out.

I would much rather go hunting...but the lady comes first...always. That's how I roll.

WTG McDave. You had a very successful season.

Great Saves!! I remember how I felt when I dug my 1892 Morgan.... Love the big silver:thumbup:

That is truly a grand finale to a great season :hot: What a smokin' coin :yo: Congrats Dave.

Wow!.......................................That is one nice coin!..........................Congratulations Dave.......................................................John
