Wheat field

Well a wheat yard anyway. We had about an hour to hunt a yard and what little got hunted yielded 8 wheats and a 1907 IH. The 1919 Dog Tag was the highlight of the day.

Congrats on your finds. The wheat yard looks to have been good to you.

Yea, sure did Ned. They were all about 6 inches and the IH was with two of the wheats, both 1912, One of the wheats protected the face of the IH.

An 1898 IH and a couple more wheats plus a couple of spit ball shooters :smoke: made for a fun hunt. The button is kind of neat, it looks like a ceramic button with a metal loop inside of it.

Nice!! Might be the oldest dog tag I've seen this year. Good lookin Indians too.

I dont think those are spit ball shooters. Just sayin. I think they might be therapy pipes of some kind. Just sayin.
