Whear is the ground bal trimmer in the golden umax???

Gunnar,
Might also try posting the question on the Modifications forum. When I was looking for what potentiometer did what on the Compadre, I got help over there. Since the circuit board on the Compadre wasn't actually marked with component numbers, it still took some circuit tracing and educated guesses to get it all nailed down.

Good luck.

The ground balance pot is the one inside the yellow square in the photo. The pot in the red square adjust the notch and tones up and down in the disc range. Take the screws out of the faceplate, lift it out and up and you'll see the pots. When you adjust the ground balance, it only takes a small change to make a pretty big difference and be careful not to damage the pot. To adjust the balance more positive, turn the pot clockwise, counterclockwise for more negative..
