Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to show it around the antique/knick-knack shops and see what I come up with. My best guess is some type of decoration that came with flowers or a plant. I can't see the bucket or pail being jewelry, it seems like it probably has to be garden-related in some way. If I find out I'll let you know.
