New member
I just hit $75.03 yesterday.

As of right now I'm at $53.38

I've never kept count. Is there any advantage to keeping records? Now please don't make fun of me-I've just never done it from the gitgo.

No reason, I am brand new to metal detecting, so I am excited to keep track of my count.

Guess what!!!!
I have a fever, and the only cure is more cow bell metal detecting!!!!

I'm running behind that a bit but I was laid up for quite a spell and our weather has realy sucked this year. Think I'm up around sixty bucks.

TF, same here, this is my first year and I wanted to keep track. More out of curiousity than anything. So far I have like $62 bucks, 1200+ clad coins.

From the land ofthe Bluenose.....with all the overtime, ball and umping digging time is at a primium. So far a meager $134.80. Overtime pays better than digging...lol! Happy hunting all.

I only keep track of the number of all coins and $$ value. To date: 2855 coins for $215.46.

I dont keep count per say,but i have filled my vehicle with fuel 2 times with what i scored in clad this year $4.30 gal.

roughly about $150 this year

Shawn

$555.90 as of 6/20/2008.

Got my first detector, a 550, the second week of May and have found:
120 Pennies including 3 wheaties
5 Nickels (I wonder why?)
22 Dimes
36 Quarters for a total of
183 coins
$12.65

Usually do a grand total when the winter sets in. Will have a total amount later as detecting stops for us up here begining of October . I'm guessing over $1 50 so far.:garrett:

Yeah there is, it's always handy to know what you lifted and where and when.
As time goes by you can then use these notes as a reference and can give you an indication where to go for the
maximum lifts. But weather & tides and moon phases all come into the equasion.
