What's your church built upon ?

"I was once talking to a friend who was just starting out in the pastorate and told him that people will develop an appetite for what you feed them. If you build a church on programs, then that is what is what people will have an appetite for. If you build it on entertainment, then that is what people will have an appetite for. If you build it on other things, the same will be true. But if you build it on the teaching of the Word of God, then people will have an appetite for that. When I am giving a message at Harvest Christian Fellowship, one of the sweetest sounds to my ears is the rustle of Bible pages filling the sanctuary." Pastor Greg Laurie

I agree! :)

Our church is well rounded and many aspects I love. Definitely love giving God praise in music. I always look forward to the minister feeding us from the Word of God. The Word is the rock the wise man builds his castle on.

maybe it would work in my Church!

Good thoughts Steve, as usual.
God bless.
p.s. Send some Arizona heat this way! Just enough to thaw the ground for digging!
