Ok coil wire isn't wrapped around the "shaft" and the coils a foot off the ground, and he ain't on his horse.......he can't be a Mountie of course because he's not on a horse , and if he was a REAL Mountie he would be :detecting: behind Mountie Crime scene tape instead of "Police" tape.:rofl:
