What's With This Dime?

Hi all, I looked through my coins from my hunt yesterday and found this interesting dime. I have not found one like this before. It has very clearly been stamped way off center. Anyone found one of these before? Are they common? Thanks for the help. HH -Marc

If the reverse does not show the same degree of off center strike you have a common offset misalignment strike and not an off center strike. Value rises only if rim letters are partially missing and of high grade.

Thanks for your reply. The reverse side is offset the same. I don't see any lettering missing on either side. Thanks for your help. HH -Marc

Then you do have an error coin. Less than 5% offcenter struck at K2, or 2 oclock. Very minimal value but the real thing.
