Whats with Kellyco and Tesoro???

This may be one of them as the reason they do this is not to be offensive to anyone.
 
Tesoro believes in the small dealer that are more willing to help a person before and after the sale.
 
strange-I have dealt exclusively with the above mentioned unmentionable,and have hardly ever had any problems with after the sale service...

I have dealt with Kellyco for about 20 years and have always got what I ordered..I think the package deal stinks a little and they are cheap...Just feel they think they are king and I rather give my business to someone I can call and talk too! Even the boss if I have too!
 
There is another, and more important reason to Tesoro. Tesoro believes in a reasonable minimum value for their detectors. A belief in which I strongly agree, both as a long time Tesoro user, and a Tesoro dealer. As most of us know Tesoro builds an awesome line of detectors. Evidenced by the lifetime warranty!!!! Also evidenced by so many avid and enthusiastic users. When a nation wide company as the one discussed but not named here, puts together the "Packages of Stuff" to lure a buyer into the purchase of a machine from them, it basically lowers the value of the detector below where Tesoro believes it should be. They also believe that a smaller dealer can and will offer a higher level of service, training, and all around friendly, personal service, that a company so large cannot. "Hurrah For Tesoro", I am proud to be a Tesoro user, and a Tesoro Dealer.
 
I have purchased detectors from the big K Company since 1976 off and on.They are the biggest and have the most transactions.Some of my purchases from the big K didn't go as plan,but to their credit all my problems with their merchandise was taken care of with one telephone call. Sometimes they get more criticism than they deserve. Ron
