What's the smallest Micro jewlery or Gold jewlery you've found with G2/GB

I've found many small fake diamond sequins about the size of bb and half as thick. Earring backs are no problem either...up to about 1 to 1.5 inch deep. I was using the G2 with the 5" coil.

Found these small pieces on the right and left of the dime in a tot lot about 2" deep. Actually took a pretty good while to locate even with my Propointer. But the Gold Bug hit them very easily.
Just to small I guess.

I agree with these posts...stuff like markg posted there hit very well up to a couple of inches deep. Surprisingly well; bits of foil, too. I can't hardly find some of the stuff with my Pro-Pointer, that the Bug hits loudly on.

You can tell when you have a small target, once you get used to the machine. The tone is MUCH shorter -- a very quick ZIP, as opposed to more of a ZIIIP sound on a coin or other, larger target...
