What's The Most Clad You Found In One Day, & Where?

Just curious where you've racked up your fastest clad totals in one day and how much it was? For me, I'd say it was the grass where a gambler's tent was set up for about a week. I found quarters and Susan B Anthony dollars laying all over in the grass. Just had to detect them and then brush the grass aside with my hand.

Second place would be near a concession stand at a school sports field. Dug quarters left and right out of there.

Can't remember the exact amount of money from either place but it was probably $10 to $15 at the Gambler's tent in about an hour, and maybe that much at the other place in perhaps two hours or so.

It had 287 pennys in an area no bigger than a table top! I talked to a guy and he said thats where theres a penny hunt every year. Seems they roll out a tarp, and dump some woodchips and lots of pennys and let the kids go and try to find them...evidently, they shake out the tarp in this spot of the playground along with the chips after they are done! What a waste of a couple of hours! I've had a few days over 20 bucks under the bleachers and like you said, around the concessions stands...I hit a spill of 4 dollar coins once on the beach, had a 171 coin day this year, and 120 today, found a wallet once on the beach 4" deep that had no ID in it, but a dollar coin and a 20 dollar bill..that was nice! ... I'm a clad stabbin fool! Absolutely love to clad stab! Sure wish we had more dollar and two dollar coins here!

I've had a few 160 - 170 coin days. That's a lot of digging!

I've had 1 $30.00 clad hunt in a single day, 3 - 4 $20.00 days, and most days (the weekends) I can find between $5 and $10 per day. These are from school fields btw !
