I recently ran into a gentleman using a T2 and I had never heard of this particular unit before. He seemed to like it a lot and said he has found a lot of stuff. I have a machine now but I am looking to upgrade with some $$$ I got for my birthday. Can you please tell me some of the features that make this a good machine? Who makes the detector? What are its bad points as well? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Mastereagle22, you are on the T2 Forum site. Just get yourself a nice cup of coffee, sit back and peruse these posts, you will get a wealth of information about the T2. It is a superb machine. I move to it 3 months ago from a Garrett 2500 and am absolutely delighted I did so. The Garrett was, and is, an outstanding detector, but in my mind the T2 is even better. :usaa:

Who is also reponsible for building Fisher detectors, and Bounty Hunter detectors.
The T2 is a "Technetics" T2. You may remember the Technetics name from years ago. It is a great detector. Like Mark said, read back on some of the old posts and you'll learn alot hopefully....

Bill
