Whats the best sand scoop? Need help

I'm looking to get a new sand scoop and I already have a very heavy duty one for digging in the water. I 'm looking for a scoop that is mid-weight and works good in dry sand and maybe in a foot of water. Any help would be great. Thanks

I can only speak for the one i have. It is aluminum 48in long handle 6in wide 11in long but my next scoop will have the steel tip on it. It is very light maybe 4lbs.It is made by RTG..........

I bought mine from Verlin Babb, he has the best and its built to last for years http://www.proscoops.com/hdtscoop.jpg

The babbs scoops are awesome. If you get one just for dry sand get one with some mesh backing. I would say if you are gonna wetsand and dry (and maybe even a little water) get a stainless or aluminum with a stainless lip at least.

Babb's travel scoop with a stainless tip is what I've been using for years and I thing it is the bomb. That scoop that Max is using looks pretty neat too. If I ever manage to wear out my Babb's then I'll have to see about getting one.
