I was reading thru the modification forum and someone had taken the s shaft out and replaced it with a tesoro straight shaft. Seemed a very easy mod. I was wondering if anyone had tried that with an xterra. What would be the benifits of a straight shaft. Has minelab came out with a wider base as a aftermarket so the xterra's dont tip over so easy.
