Whats been happening in my hunting areas

Flat out I just retired and have alot more time to detect & mix some fishing in too. Well I don't know if it's hard times or just higher prices, but the coins are falling different this year. This is the first yr in my 10 yrs of hunting I'm finding more Q's than Penny's. And I dig em all! Another thing, nickles. Even with the AT Pro giving a slight improvement, the N's just aren't around most places like before. Sure there are pockets here and there but I couldn't find 10 on most days if I had to. Now I'm not complaining abt the Q's mind you but seems things are a little upside down. Gold has been about normal for me, I found two pieces this yr. Anyways I got 1,796 Q's & that's about 56% of my coins. How's it going in your digs?

ive found 1600 coins wrapped so far an 6 rings since march of this year!!! but ive done maine florida maryland vir lot of the east coast was in atlantic city last friday great day.

I dig it all too.

I've done cashed in over $600 in quarters:inlove: this year, and morphed them into 21/2 dollar gold coins. My dime numbers are basically on par with the quarters only very slightly lower. Of course my penny count is the highest:thumbdown:, and my nickel count comes in last, but I do dig quite a few of them.

It's about time to morph those lowly pennies into something a little more eye appealing and yellowish in color:thumbup:

I've done rendered down all the 14k, 10k and .925 into the wife's IRA, lets just say Ole Blackie's has paid for her keep.......
