I visited with an older man today that is building a new house. While I was talking to him he mentioned that
the land he was on was part of an old fish farm that started around 1900. The dilemma is after asking him if I
could MD his land he said yes,and I could MD the lot next door that he previously owned with the original
6 cottage homestead.

Should I just MD his land.. or both? ANY comments welcome.

If he has the authority to say yes to next door, Do both. If not stay on his place and work on permssion for the original place.

As always I appriciate your input,I feel the same way but thought I'd ask anyway, seeing there's
not to many people posting new stuff to talk about.

iv'e run into situations like this before too. apparently, the ex-landowner knows the new owners quite well enough to grant you permission to hunt, or he would not have offered. clarification would be important in this case. it's much easier to get permission to hunt unused land than developed land. it's up to you, though. i suppose it comes down to a question of morality in the strictest sense. hh,

Do the right thing, to be seen doing right, is setting an example! HH regards Nugget.:detecting:
