This all started from a huge problem that the University of Victoria (UVic) has had for a number of years, culminating in a population of over 2000 Rabbits (tame gone wild) trashing their grounds on campus as well as neighbors yards. Much bleeding heart controversy over a non native and destructive invasive species has resulted.
Typically many have taken up this cause whilst blithely ignoring the plight of poor and ill humans around them:shrug:

However, what they are now is a bunch of inbred, small, pest infested, sickly, malnourished vermin. Basically, get rid of them all,.... for the cost of a .22 round each. Or conversely, have some with either mink or ferrets come and eradicate them [Jacks Russels work well too :D: } I remember when I worked at VGH and people thought the rabs were cute.; Until they started burrowing under the buildings and potentially causing settling problems.

they were ignoring them, and they were on my property, unless some law forbids it, they would be fair game to me. If they were really trying to take care of the problem, I'd give them a shot at it, but if no results, then its my shot. Not like there is a shortage of rabbits.

My uncles got two of them, one of them bites me every time I go over there. The one is friendly, the mean one, just has a look in his eye you own him some money. What makes it bad I like the mean one he's got a attitude problem, and let's you know it up front too.
