I went out with my Fisher ID Edge for the second time today. The first time I took it out to play in the woods I found 16 wheat cents and a 1945 and a 1946 Washington quarter. Went back to the woods today and found 7 more wheat cents and an old boy scout kerchief slide BUT I did make a super nice find. My two friends and I were by lake Huron at an old park and they weren't finding anything. Not one coin with their Minelabs. One came up to me and asked me what I found. I told him two cents. He laughed UNTIL I pulled the one penny out of my shirt pocket. LOL his look was priceless!!! 1827 large cent. Second oldest coin I have ever found. Oldest is a 1572 spanish reale. Oldest wheat is a 1944 today. Oldest the last time out was a 1919.

Thanks for looking. Love this hobby!!
