What to do with the clad?

Hello to all!

I have followed the posts here for some time, but have never posted myself. I hunt parks and schools mostly, and do not find much you would consider keepers. I do get some clad, and the occasional wheatie, ring, and war nickel.

I decided to post here hoping to get some opinions. This year I want to use all my clad finds to purchase silver eagle or Morgan and/or Peace dollars. I'm not talking mint showpieces that go for more than I paid for my detector, just new silver eagles or run of the mill cartwheels.

I was curious if anyone here buys such coins, and where? There is a local coin 'dealer' that I am less than thrilled with. I would prefer an online source that would not hold me up. Also, where would I sell some of them later, if need be?

Also which coin would hold the value better? I assume both can be had for about the same price. The eagle has more silver content, but the 'cool' factor of the dollars is much higher.

Does anyone have thoughts on this matter?

Bullion is hard to get a hold of for the last few months just keep watching for them to update their inventory as it changes often.
