Hi all, thinking about selling my Tesoro Tejon, what would be a good detector to buy. I used the Tejon very little, has the 9x8 and the 5,75 coil. My hearing is so bad i can,t understand what it is telling me. I have aids in both ears, and were them when detecting but cant seam to get it right. How is the meter detectors from Tesoro? are they good and reliable? Thanks for any help, Flintstone

Many folks like the DeLeon, http://metaldetectorreviews.net/detectors/5-1-tesorodeleon.html I am sure the Cortes is good as well but have heard the screen on the Cortes is on the small side and can be a bit hard to see if a person's eyes aren't the best.

I love my Deleon It works great and is very accurate. You wont find an easier MD for turn on and go with a simpler screen than a Deleon! GL & HH Pat

I had a Deleon, Very nice detcector, Simple, easy, fast and deep like most Tesoros.
I sold it and regret it, will have another.
Keep thinking there's something better but for the pure fun of detecting, nothing is better.
Good Luck with your choice
