What to buy, Garrett ace 350 or Fisher f5?

Looking at around 8 inches or so on a quarter with the F5. I'd say their about the same. More things to set on the F5. I had one. Not a bad little detector. The Ace 350 will be easier to run right out of the box. Both will have a learning curve but I'd say as far as depth goes they are about the same.

A lot of the "depth" thing goes back to what you are looking for, coins, relics, gold, etc........Where are you located and what type of hunting are you going to do? Just asking to help myself and others answer your question.

I am in Eastern Europe. I need a detector to find ancient coins (Roman, Greek), gold jewelry, relics ...
Best regards

80 % of the MD on e-bay are Fisher and Bounty hunters, tell you how bad fisher detector are..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fisher f5 is deeper but you should adjust it better

think about minelab safari

Right now the Ace detectors are really big in Europe; really tearing things up.
According to the Garrett News Letters, many many incredible finds are being made
with both the Ace 250 and 350.

Good afternoon and you wildeagle77! I use a Tesoro tejon, but I wanted to buy a son and a detector for less money. So I asked this question the members of this forum, because they use more Garrett detectors.
