What size is the smellest nugget detectable at 6,7 kHz

Does anyone know what size is the smellest nugget detectable with 6,7 kHz detector, even if close to surface?

It depends on a lot of different factors, coil size, ground mineralisation, ground balance etc. I have found small nuggets with my BH T4, down to 1/2 a gram, yet only very shallow. My T4 operates on 6.6 kHz. I don't believe the unit could pick up nuggets much smaller than this. I hunt extreme mineralised ground here in Australia. Hope this helps, HH regards Nugget.:detecting:
