Pete won a flashlight (or one of us did) at the club meeting the other night. This is what I found when I went into our dark bedroom later that night.

Thought she'd think I was sleeping when she saw there were no lights on in the bedroom - caught in the act of getting more detecting edjumakashun.
This light is fantastic - wish I would have had it on a few of those early morning hunts when it was too dark to dig but not dark enough that I couldn't walk around safely. I think this will make a good addition to my tools as well - assuming I have the machine repair job - so I can see into the machine and not have to hold a light in my teeth like some pirate carrying a knife in his teeth.
Casey won a Whites detecting Tshirt and there was also a coin won that says "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

(2) You happened to be the one standing by the items as they were being chosen
(3) You just happen to have a Minelab
(4) the shirt seemed to be 'just about the right size' for you
(5) Shelby was a winner

Congrats on the shirt - and yes contrary to popular belief I did buy the Garrett detecting book because of its articles - not just for its pictures Yep I can read and write too. My next writing may be "Will Work for Food - or someplace to go detecting" hahahaha.

she looks over the items and then she always wants to know what I would like if I won. Then if there is nothing she likes or her favorites are picked, then she picks something for her dear old dad. She is a great kid! Notice mine was the last ticket drawn, and that is only after others turned theig prize down! I had fun at the meeting! Did ya call my sister yet?
