what is this?

Looks like a quarter. Seriously, the thing on the right is solid brass? Sort of looks like a balloon weight. It appears black in the photo.
 
I just took a picture of it next to a quarter to show its size. I took the picture with my cell phone camera. I will try to take another one. Sorry about the poor quality photo.

That was my thought also Oldguy. Specially since it's got the loop hole on the top of it. I've seen that MWM somewhere and I can't think where. :confused:
