What is this?

I found this with my X70 at a house built in the late 1700's. Appears to be made of lead because a magnet would not stick to item. I don't think its brass because it will not clean up like brass. Appears to be a figure of some type of business person with some type of object in hand, maybe an umbrella, cane or sword.
Item is 3.5" tall and 2" wide.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS??

I don't know what it is but it looks like Charles Chaplin

My Great Grandmother had several and each had raised pictures on them .Hers were bright colored Tin, and maybe for all I knew then they were Silver?????

Just a thought. It sorta reminds me of what she had..and if you look at bottom seems to be shaped for dust edge.

If the image is flat I'd say linotype for printing..

I am thinking for printing also. Like an image transfer. Could have been a store motto or a salse ad back when. It is a keeper, Beale.
