Hello everyone!! Thanks to everyone for giving their insight to what this object could be!! Thank you wiskers for giving me that link to the piano museum!! I emailed them last night and I recieved a reply this morning, here is what it said,

"That does appear to be a piano pedal. It looks a lot like a c o c ked hat or square grand pedal. There would be a second pedal which is a mirror image of that one. The design looks a bit like Chickering except for the star like pattern at the round end. I haven't encountered that pattern. My guess for age would be around 1840-1850, but it's hard to guess without seeing the actual piano. I'll attach a couple of pictures of a whole piano with pedals like that. It's probably not worth much of anything but it should go in your display case of interesting finds!

Too cool bboy. I guess I'm not old enough for the two pedal piano............:shrug:
